Coastal Maine Retreat Steps from Gooch's Beach

A short walk to Gooch's and just over a mile from Dock Square, this beach retreat is the ideal location for your Maine vacation. Recently updated, the house features an open first floor, spacious kitchen, relaxing three season porch and an outdoor patio with fire pit and gas grill. Unwind upstairs with four comfortable bedrooms, including two en suite baths. Whether enjoying a beach day, or exploring all the Kennebunks have to offer, this classic Maine beach house is the perfect home base. The space The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite. Then the second bedroom is a king bed. It shares a hall bathroom with a third bedroom that has a queen bed. And then finally the fourth bedroom (large "bunk room") includes two doubles, two twin beds as well as an en suite bath. So four bedrooms, with seven beds and three baths upstairs in total. We also have laundry up on that floor, as well as one in the garage for all your beach towels, wet suits, etc. As for outdoors, the pictures represent things reasonably well. There is a front lawn with several trees and landscaping. The rocking chairs on the front porch are shaded and look out over it. In the back is our patio, grill, outdoor dining area as well as the fire pit with chairs. Wonderful area to spend an evening after a beach day.
