Completely renovated in May 2023, the apartment is located in a secure residence at the foot of the slopes of the Pyrénées 2000 resort on the Font Romeu ski area. You have direct access to the resort's ski lifts. The apartment is a T3 that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, it is offered with parking and ski locker. You have views of the slopes from the living room through a large Velux and through the window of the double bedroom. The space You will have a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, raclette machine) open to the living room with a large TV, sofa bed for 2 people, dining table. One bedroom with bunk beds. A bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed with storage. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The apartment is NON-SMOKING Guest access The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the residence with elevator access. You also have access to a ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. Everything is secured by a digicode. Other things to note Do not hesitate to contact me for any additional information, I will be happy to inform you and allow you to have a pleasant stay! A concierge service takes care of check-ins/check-outs. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. You also have the option to rent sheets and have a cleaning service (however: the dishwasher must be emptied, the dishes put away, the fridge emptied and the garbage cans thrown away). If this is not the case, the apartment must be returned clean and tidy, otherwise you will be charged €40 if this is not respected.
