Complete, comfortable and private studio, located in the coolest neighborhood of Rio, close to the most interesting things in the city in art, culture and entertainment, tourist spots and easy access to public transportation, subway within a 10-minute walk, and bus lines. Nearby you will find a market, bakeries, pharmacies and malls (Rio Sul and Casa & Gourmet). Access to all beaches in the south zone by subway. Please read the check-in and check-out rules before booking. The space The studio accommodates up to 2 people. It has a comfortable queen size double bed. Fully air-conditioned environment with a portable air conditioner. The windows have a blackout system that makes the environment cozy for a good night's sleep. The kitchen has all the basics that allow the guest to cook their own meal. Stove, microwave oven, a small red refrigerator and water filter. The space has high-speed broadband internet (250MB). The TV is a 46-inch Smart TV4K with the main streaming apps installed, it also has an HDMI connection so that the guest can connect their computer (or any other device that has an HDMI input). We always welcome guests with clean, fragrant sheets and towels. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT. Guest access The keys will be delivered in person to the place by appointment. Check-in can be done after 1:30 p.m. until midnight, and check-out between 3 a.m. and noon, and it is necessary to advise the correct check-in time BEFORE the reservation, otherwise, the time must be advised AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance of arrival, and must happen within the pre-established time. The scheduled time must be respected! There are no time restrictions DURING the stay, the guest can take advantage of the night in Rio de Janeiro and the time they prefer to arrive, we only ask that you be careful not to make any noise, both in the building and in the apartment, as the environment is familiar. The building has a doorman all day, except from midnight to 3 a.m. and from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on weekends. The host receives a tag along with the keys with which they can open the gate of the building. Other things to note Rule of use: 1 - Use the air conditioning for a maximum of 8 hours a day. Whenever you leave, turn off the air conditioning. After that, a small fee will be charged! 2 - Smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartment or on the premises of the building. 3 - Parties are not allowed.
