This riverside studio offers a delightful escape right by the Cuale River. Situated on the ground floor equipped with modern comforts like Netflix, air conditioning and fans, your comfort is ensured. Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture as you're merely a short stroll, just three blocks away, from the bustling array of bars, restaurants, and the sun-kissed beach. Plus, you'll have access to a shared rooftop terrace, adding an extra touch of charm to your Puerto Vallarta experience. The space In the heart of the romantic zone just 3 blocks from the beach and next to the river Cuale! This studio offers a king size bed, dinner table with 4 chairs and a sofa and chair in the sitting area. Guest access There is a shared rooftop terrace next door with acces through a spiral staircase. Other things to note There are two little steps to get in. Winter 2024 we installed a water filter in the kitchen for purified water. We offer every 7 days a change of sheets and towels. We will deliver a new set at your apartment. Please note: the river is seasonal and may be dry during winter months. For monthly rentals : Normal use of electricity is included, 500 pesos per 4 weeks. If more is used this will be charged extra at check out.
