Views of Australia's largest coastal saltwater lake will take your breath away the moment you step inside. Our beautiful home is the perfect place for you to relax indoors & outdoors. The Village Bay neighbourhood is quiet & friendly with pleasant walks around the shoreline & Swan Bay. Just 90 minutes north of Sydney, there are many stunning beaches, dunes, caves, lagoons, walking & cycling paths, local cafés & more. We have off road parking for one car available in the driveway. The space Our home has sweeping views of the lake from every window and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a deeply relaxing holiday. Our home is close to many beautiful beaches and has immediate access to the lake for those who have kayaks, SUPs or fishing rods. The lake is shallow in front of the house and not suitable for swimming but there are many other great swimming spots around the lake. You can take some day trips or stay and make the most of the amazing views right here. There are two comfortable lounge areas, one downstairs and another one upstairs, both with stunning views of the lake. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a desk and chair in the main bedroom for a quiet workspace, if required. Please be aware that there are a few outside steps back and front as well as a set of stairs inside leading up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also the low veranda on the lake side of the house doesn't have any railings. Therefore, we stress that young children are supervised by adults at all times, for their safety. The property is fully fenced and the lawns are mowed regularly. The raised bed veggie garden is usually productive. Feel free to help yourself if there is anything ripe for picking and remember to leave some for the next guests. We strictly request no smoking, vapes or e-cigarettes on the property, inside or out. It is easy enough to go through the gate and out onto the grass by the lake if you choose to smoke. Please enjoy our quiet, friendly neighbourhood.
