Welcome to the "Kiebitznüst" in the East Frisian seaport city of Emden. Our place is a 110 sqm single-family home in a quiet residential area. The house was renovated in 2022-2023 and is designed for both relaxation and socializing. A house all to yourself, with up to 10 people. Whether you are planning a short stay or want to settle down for longer. Whether you're coming for recreation or for work. The space As a guest of the apartment, you can expect tastefully furnished rooms with comfortable beds and high-quality furniture. Our rooms: 4 bedrooms with two beds each Special feature: All beds except one double bed can be converted into single beds. Living room with a sofa bed for two people (sleeping area of about 200 x 140 cm) Kitchen is fully equipped for 12 people Special features: hand blender, fully automatic coffee machine, baking accessories, microwave, lunch boxes and much more. Dining room with 8 seats, but can be expanded by additional chairs from the bedrooms. Bathroom with a bathtub/shower and toilet Hallway with integrated work area Rooftop terrace with an upholstered garden lounge and hammock for hours of sun with a view Terrace with seating for 10 people (second seating set is available) Terrace is covered for the rainy days. Laundry room with two washer-dryers, a laundry rack, iron and a radio for your motivation. Included for you: Towels and linens are ready for you in the bedrooms. Seezukker hotel bed linen for allergy sufferers, a bath towel, a hand towel and a guest towel await you. We have also prepared an initial set of kitchen and bathroom equipment for you. In our kitchen you will find coffee beans, tea, Kluntje, sugar cubes, spices, oil, dishwasher tabs and dishwashing liquid. Everything is available for you in limited quantities free of charge to enjoy the first few days stress-free. If required, we will gladly provide you with shower gel and shampoo for him & her, as well as styling products and bathing accessories (bath salts, cream shower, etc.). Our accommodation has free Wi-Fi and two smart TVs for a cozy movie night for all ages. The house has a private parking space right outside the front door, which always remains free for you. You should also feel at home with us as our guests, so you will find books of various genres for your relaxed holiday reading on the living room shelf, as well as enough wine or champagne glasses for a sociable evening with a good game. For our little guests, there are also some toys in the living room. For emergencies, the Snacks & More cabinet is full, from sweet to fast dishes, everything is available to you. A donation box for the extra effort is ready for you. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a high chair and/or a baby cot. Please contact us. Other things to note For inquiries, please send us an email and we will check if your desired date is available for you. By the way: In the high season, we usually only rent by the week. No pets allowed, no smoking and no parties. Last year, we painstakingly and lovingly prepared the house.
