We have boogie boards, shade umbrellas, beach toys, and flip flops on hand. End your perfect days toasting the sunset over the Pacific from your private ocean view balcony. With your friends or family at your side, this will be a vacation to remember! The space This modern 3 bdrm/3 bath two-story condo has ample space for 8 guests. The upstairs master has spectacular ocean views with a king bed and a twin bed with a trundle. The second bedroom is also upstairs and is furnished with two queen beds. The third bedroom is downstairs and is wheelchair accessible with a king bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is a fully outfitted kitchen with a view of the water through cantina doors. However, with so many great restaurants within walking distance, you may choose to eat out instead. Other things to note The complex has an elevator that brings guests to the common area. The condo itself is then 2 floors with one bedroom on the bottom floor and two bedrooms on the second story. This is not a party house as there are many permanent residents in the complex, and we follow the HOA guidelines by hosting only a maximum of 8 guests. Please note, the entire complex including the outdoor patio and common area is non-smoking and unfortunately dogs are prohibited by the HOA.
