Bright, spacious, comfortable and clean 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Lake Huron cottage! 5 minutes south of Bayfield and 10 minutes north of Grand Bend, our charming 4-season cottage with central air-conditioning and high-efficiency furnace is the ideal year-round getaway for families and couples alike. The space You'll enjoy the privacy and comfort of having one bedroom with ensuite on the main floor, plus two more bedrooms with a shared ensuite on the upper level. There are two accesses to the beach. Access to our main beach is a quick 3-minute walk to the end of our quiet cottage road, and access to our smaller sunset beach is nearly directly across the road from our cottage. Unusual to this area, there are no stairs to access the beach! Our sloped, grassy beach accesses are perfect for strollers, wagons, and older guests, and provide easy access for kayaks and canoes. Our cottage is a second row cottage, meaning that there is a cottage directly across the road from ours, and the lake is behind that cottage. To get to the beach, you walk across the road and down one of the accesses. And behind our cottage is a farm field, perfect for quiet, cozy nights around the fire! This is our family cottage in a small neighbourhood with wonderful neighbours, and as such, we rent only to families and mature, quiet adults. Please view our house rules and notes below. Weekly rentals only in July and August with a Friday check-in. Please note: Primary renter must be over 25 years of age; photo ID required. Only the occupants listed are allowed to occupy the property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 8, including daytime visitors and children, per Municipal Bylaw. Any violations of the house rules are grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund. Guest access The entire cottage and property are yours to enjoy! Watch the sun rise over the back fields in the morning and watch it set over the lake in the evening down at the beach! Stroll for beach glass and multi-coloured rocks. Lake Huron is so beautiful and it's all yours to enjoy.
