Welcome to Lookout Pointe Villa, a newly built modern private getaway, located in Pyramid Point gated complex, Ocho Rios. The complex is literally 5 to 10 mins to the Town Center & some of Jamaica’s major attractions; Dunn’s River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove. The complex boasts a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea & the lust mountain side from the infinity swimming pool, where you can access free Wi-Fi and browse the internet while relaxing and enjoying the comfort of a nice sunbath. The space The space consist of a 3 bedrooms, 3 Ensuite bathrooms with a Powder Room, Living Room with comfortable sofas, center table and a mounted 55" Smart TV. The Dining area consisted of 1 Dining Table with 6 Chairs. The master bedroom consisted of a King size bed, a mounted 42" Smart TV, accent chair & table to sit back relax and enjoy a glass of your favorite's wine or just to relax and meditate. The other two guests Bedrooms consisted of Queen size beds, a mounted 42" Smart TVs and a dedicated work space, the entire Villa is cover with data access. There is a patio with seats to enable one to sit and enjoy the cool afternoon breeze or just relax and read a book. To the left exterior side of the Villa there's a swing which can seat three persons easily and patio table and four chairs for your additional relaxation and enjoyment. There's also two bar stools provided at the kitchen counter. The kitchen consisted of a Refrigerator, 6 Burner Gas Stove, Micro-wave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Electric Tin Cutter, Professional Blender, Tea Cups, cutleries, Plates and cooking utensils for your comfort. Guest access Guests are allowed to access all the spaces except the following, which accesses will not be allowed: a. Cupboard Spaces above Refrigerator. b. All top Closet Spaces in each of the bedrooms. c. Room door at the end of the passage way within Villa will not be accessible. Rear of Villa can be access via the side door or front door. All other spaces which are not listed, will be accessible to all guests at all times. Other things to note First-Aid Kit is located in the Powder Room Vanity bottom Draw.
