Al fresco living with private pool

Soak up the Spanish sunshine all year round in this stunning 3 bed 2 bathroom villa in Arbloeas. There is a very private pool with a poolside kitchen, BBQ & pizza oven, perfect for al fresco dining. The mountains in the distance provide the perfect scenery. You can enjoy cycling, walking or visit local shops, restaurants & bars. 30 min away you will find glorious beaches and golf courses making this ideal location for creating memories with family and friends or work as we have excellent WIFI The space This spacious villa has 3 double bedrooms with 5 beds all with memory foam toppers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite with a walk in shower and access to the poolside and patios through double patio doors. The second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, blinds and access to portable USB ports. There is a designated work station with desk and office chair and we have excellent WIFI. There is a travel cot and highchair available if requested. There are two seating areas within the villa and the living/dining room also has a wood burning fire, with access to the poolside area/outdoor kitchen and has air conditioning units. The second seating areas has fabulous views over the village of La Cinta and the mountains with large patio doors leading to the poolside and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble drier. Additionally useful items include and small blender, paella pans and well stocked with utensils. There is also a filtered water tap for drinking water. The kitchen also has beautiful views over the mountains. The large south facing private pool (5x10 metres) is for the use of the villa guests only and is not overlooked. There are adequate sun loungers for guests and included are poolside towels and beaches towels. Additionally there are beach chairs and umbrellas to use if venturing to the beach. The outside kitchen has a Gas BBQ, pizza oven used on the BBQ, sink, kettle, fridge and bar stools and is available to use all year round. In addition there is a separate charcoal grill available. The air conditioning units work efficiently and will reduce the temperature in the room within 10-15 mins, so do not need to be left on. The units are on a meter and you have €20 euros a week of free aircon after this you will have to put 1€ or 2€ coins in the meter. Guest access The access is via a front door with a step into the villa. There are a couple of steps from the villa to the pool/ poolside kitchen area. It is very private and for sole use by the guests Other things to note A car is required and there is parking for two cars. Dog are not allowed unless they are service dogs.
