Bring your loved ones to the nature! House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen dining room, sitting room, reading room, and playroom. Go biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, golfing, or local wine tasting. Or just enjoy the house and listen to the waterfall and birds in the big garden. The house is situated in the middle of the river valley. High lights are castles, nature, old cities like Aachen, Heerlen, Maastricht and Valkenburg, steam train, zoo. All within driving distance. The space You will occupy the whole single detached house. Downstairs: kitchen with 10 person dining table, bathroom, sitting room with fireplace and big TV, reading room, and playroom for kids (with its own TV). Kitchen has a double fridge, double oven, 5 hobs induction stove, dishwasher, and has everything you need for cooking apart from the ingredients. Terrace has outdoor table for 6persons, 2 lounge chairs, and 2 sunbeds (all with cushions). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with 2p bed, 1 room with 2 bunker beds for the kids), and bathroom. Free WiFi everywhere (password provided). There are 2 TVs: 43" and 32", soundbars, bluetooth speakers, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, washing machine, and heat pump dryer. Plenty of free parking: in front of the house for 2 cars, 1 space in front of the garden and 1 opposite the house. Guest access The guests are alone in the whole house. Guests can enjoy the ground and first floor. The attic and basement are restricted. Other things to note Kitchen: (1) There is a Philips Senseo coffee (with some pads). At the bottom of the wooden cabinet is a Nespresso machine (please bring your own cups). (2) During the warm months of the year, there is a gas BBQ for the guests. Additionally, as a backup, a Tefal air fryer and a smart grill. Please be careful with: (1) The woodstove fire can be hazardous. (2) The river - never allow kids to be close to the river without adult supervision. (3) Nature - don't hug wild cows or other animals - they can be dangerous, and keep a proper distance. (4) Traffic - there are many electric/racing bicycles biking on the roads in Limburg. Just so you know, they go much faster than in the city. Please note: (1) The house has fire alarms everywhere, a carbon monoxide alarm next to the fireplace, and is connected to Securitas Fire & Home Security. (2) There is a fire extinguisher in the hallway.
