Rural Idyll with Staggering Views (Sleeps 4-6)

First and foremost, this is our home. It is where we escape to at our earliest convenience. It is a magical spot, with views to die for providing a most welcome break form the hustle and bustle. It is a perfect spot from which to explore Herefordshire and all that this wonderful county has to offer. The space There is small entrance hall with a guest WC just off it. This opens into the kitchen where you will find a huge wood burner, and an even larger fridge as well as a decent oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Beyond is the sitting room which enjoys the same wood burner. From there you enter the study which leads on, into the new wing (which is opened up to accommodate more than 4 guests, as required). In here you will find two large bedrooms, one with a super-king sized bed, one with a queen sized bed (+ cot) and a shared WC / walk-in shower. Upstairs, there is the twin room, and then another guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and then another shared bathroom which has a large bath and shower. There's lots of hot water and masses of pressure, so don't panic. The house is relatively child friendly. We have a toddler, so we have most things you might need if a child is in the mix. Guest access With the exception of the utility room you will have the run of our entire home and whilst we will endeavour to move our belongings, please treat it accordingly. Other things to note The cottage is on a footpath, though it is barely used. However it does mean you can walk to Much Dewchurch or on to Kilpeck with ease. At the same time, there is an excellent shop in Wormelow where you can stock up on items from the deli, real coffee, craft beers and the all too important Sunday papers. Access to the cottage is via a 1/4 mile track which is suitable for 95% of cars - 2 wheel drive BMW's / Merc SL's etc, but probably not suitable for a very low sports car. If in any doubt, please just ask. To ensure there is plenty of hot water and pressure, we overhauled the heating system completely which included the installation of Salamander Pumps to run the Showers and Bath. There is perfect 5G offering speedy internet access and the ability to Hot Spot with ease. There is also unlimited WiFi which serves the Kitchen, Sitting Room and the Study. There is a pair of Bluetooth 120 Watt Harmon/Kardon Onyx Sound Systems which are easily controlled from any Bluetooth Smart Phone. Firewood, linen and bath towels as well as essentials such as oil, tea bags, coffee etc is all included to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
