Relax in your self contained Suite in the carefully renovated 1911 villa mansion - Huntly House. Your room is located inside on the ground floor of the villa where you have your own entrance and private space. You have your own full kitchen with basic cooking equipment and access to laundry Enjoy complimentary WIFI, tea and coffee. Sit on the front deck and watch the comings and goings of the boat ramp or just enjoy the magnificent evening sunset. Note: no curtains on sunroom or kitchen windows The space The Suite is within the main footprint of the villa. The kitchen and sunroom are the only spaces in the house not yet renovated, though they are clean and tidy and function as intended but do show their age and have normal wear and tear. The room is studio so sleeping and living area is the same space. There are no blinds on the sunroom door or the kitchen door that adjoin the sleeping area. There is very little light pollution that may disturb sleeping and the room is still quite private. Door coverings can be provided if requested. Formerly this area of the house was the main dining room. Guests may use the clothes line to dry their laundry. Note: bed set up is a zip-together SuperKing bed that can be separated into 2 King Singles Guest access Guests have exclusive use of their room, kitchen and bathroom. Guests are welcome to sit on the decks outside their rooms or walk around the gardens, sit on the grass etc. Other things to note We have other Airbnb units and guests may also stay in the main house from time to time. The car parking area is a shared space along with washing line and grounds. You will hear normal daily movement and sounds within the main house, though we will strive to ensure usual noises are not too intrusive. There are exterior security cameras that operate 24/7
