Cozy, clean country guest house. 7 miles from Alamosa, CO. All paved roads. Two miles from The Colorado Farm Brewery. 70 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area. 40 miles to the Great Sand Dunes National Monument. 25 miles to the Alligator Farm. The space 400 square feet with one bedroom, 3/4 bath (shower, no tub), combined living and kitchen area. Fully furnished, with dishes, cookware and linens. Guest access The whole house is yours! Outdoor parking and an extra enclosed storage area for your ski & snowboard equipment, bicycles, etc. Other things to note This guest house is on the hosts property and across the driveway from the main house. You will see & hear us outside doing chores, taking care of animals, etc. Due to our own animals & livestock on the property, we absolutely cannot host guests with animals and/or children. We cannot make exceptions. The liability is too high. Guests are not to interact with them. They are not part of the AirBnb. A small window mount AC is present during the summer in the bedroom for your sleeping comfort. Please utilize this conservatively. It is not designed to be run on maximum to cool the entire home.
