Set in a quiet and secure cul-de-sac, this 3 bedroom home with open plan living will allow you to relax and enjoy the sea views and tranquility of the well maintained garden. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi to cool off in and a patio with full drop-down blinds to close up for those windy and rainy days. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except the garage, but there is ample parking in the driveway, which is behind a gated wall. Other things to note Please be aware our house is surrounded by bush and forest and an abundance of wildlife. Monkeys will take an opportunity to raid the kitchen if food is left out. If you're sitting out on the patio or down at the pool we advise you close the kitchen stacking doors to avoid a raid.
