Be my guest in this quaint boho bungalow. Open bedroom/living room concept with modern furnishings, queen bed, a full kitchen with dining table, and bath with shower. Huge, private fenced yard. Quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking. It's the perfect size for a couple, girls weekend, or solo trip to Tulsa! 2 minutes from TU and Tulsa State Fair, and less than 10 minutes from all the action in Downtown, Cherry Street, Arts District, Cains Ballroom, BOK center, OneOK Field, etc. The space The guesthouse is 500 sq. ft. with huge private backyard and outdoor seating area. Full kitchen includes: fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, tea, toaster, pantry, dishes, silverware, drink ware, cookware and dining table. The open concept living room / bedroom provides all the coziness you need for a relaxing stay with a queen bed and 2-seat papasan chair. There's a smart TV, office/study nook, washer/dryer, and WiFi to stay connected. There's a dresser and walk-in closet with hangers for your use. The bathroom includes a shower, bath/hand/face towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and toiletries and feminine hygiene products. Note: the tenants in the main house have 3 dogs. The backyards are separated by a fence in the backyard so they won’t bother you. They are friendly, but please refrain from petting them. Guest access The property is on a corner lot and the private entrance to the guesthouse is off of Richmond St., just behind the main house. There is a green "hello" mat at the entrance. Please park on the street (parking is free), not in the driveway. You have a huge, private backyard which can be reached from inside the unit. Please do not bother tenants who live in the main house. And above the dining table, you'll find a world map. I'd love to know where you're visiting from! No pets allowed! If any pet is seen to be at the property, a $250 cleaning fee will automatically be added. 2 guests max. The space is cozy and small, so it is not suitable for groups larger than 2. For your protection, there are outdoor security cameras in front of the unit facing the driveway and front door as well as out the back door aimed towards the seating area. STR License: STR23-00050
