The apartment is highly recommended for longer stays, which require optimal comfort. The space The accommodation, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, has been completely renovated. All the rooms benefit from a very nice brightness, and beautiful volumes: the two bedrooms with shutters, the living room dining room kitchen area with its balcony, the large bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Guest access Your arrival is autonomous. The key box, positioned in the entrance hall, in view of the camera, a security tool for both you and me, contains the key to the apartment and the remote control of the parking lot (which would be charged 150 euros in case of loss). This lockbox will be useful throughout your stay, and will allow you to leave the premises independently. Other things to note - If you are traveling with a pet, or with your bike, at your request, I can give you the key to the garden. - If you need a travel cot, ask me too. - Bookings for third parties are prohibited. - No person not included in the reservation is allowed to enter, unless previously agreed, under penalty of immediate eviction and without reimbursement. These precautions guarantee your comfort and safety. - The indoor temperature of the apartment is 21 degrees. Not modifiable. Do not touch the thermostat, it will lock at a lower temperature. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and in the common areas.
