Old Riga Rooftop Apartment

PLEASE NOTE: the rooftop terrace is CLOSED for an unknown time due to repairs and cannot be accessed! Located in the heart of Riga's historic center. The apartment has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a large living room/office space with a round table for dining or working, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. It is a great option for a large group of people or for those who are looking for a dedicated working space. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The space The apartment consists of: - 2 bedrooms - living room - kitchen - bathroom - shared private roof terrace - corridor Bedroom 1: - king size (180x200cm) bed - desk - small cabinet Bedroom 2: - king size (180x200cm) bed - pull out sofabed (160x200cm) - small cabinet Living room: - large (160cm) round table for dining/working - pull out sofabed (160x200cm) Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a sink, multiple cabinets, a fridge, an electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, electric stove, dishes and silverware, glasses, and other essentials. Bathroom: - bath - sink and toilet - washing machine (without a dryer) - towels - shower gel, shampoo and conditioner Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit. Other things to note The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), and there is no elevator since it is a historical building built in 1887. The building is located in the Old Town, bedrooms facing the street. Expect some noise from the streets, especially during the tourism season. The heating season in Riga begins when the average temperature drops below 8 degrees Celsius, usually in October, and ends sometime in April. There are central heating radiators in each room and we also have one portable electric heater to heat the place at any time of the year. NO SMOKING in the apartment. Kindly note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment premises. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a fine of €100.
