The space The house is divided into two separate spacious apartments, perfect for families with children or friends. Private swimming pool, high quality wooden sundeck with sun loungers. The house has two separate apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each apartment has a fully appointed kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. From the roof terrace there is a breathtaking view of the sea. The house can accomodate 12 adults, and we will be happy to provide cots for babies. The house is light and spacious and is situated in a tranquil residential neighbourhood of Porto Cristo, very near the centre of the town, and just 70 meters from the sea. The nearby, attractive Porto Cristo beach is protected from the wind and its shallow waters make it an ideal place for children to swim. The untouched beach of Cala Petita is also just 15 minutes walk from the house. In fact, the area offers a number of beautiful beaches. The area of Porto Cristo offers a multitude of services, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. With its fishing port there are numerous nautical services such as adventure and water sports, boat trips and boat rental to be found. Other services such as car rental, walking tours and bicycle tours are also available. Not to be forgotten are the places of cultural interest in the area.
