Modern Batchelor Pad in Ilford

The flat is situated very close to the train station, around a 5minute walk. It's a great place to relax, or to just pass through whilst you visit the city. I will most likely be around, however I'm flexible and accommodating. The space You'll have access to the full apartment apart from my bedroom of-course. The living space and kitchen will be shared. There is no curfew etc. drinking is allowed, smoking on the balcony only, unless it's a vape. No parties, obviously as I will most likely be here as well, I don't mind socialising with you though and any additional people coming can be agreed on before hand. During your stay I will be available 24/7 no worries.
