The space Tropical House León is a private, two-level home thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, privacy, and generous social space for groups. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a stylish entrance area that sets the tone for the home’s warm, minimalist design. Near the entrance is the first air-conditioned bedroom, which includes its own full private attached bathroom, along with a desk and chair for a small work area. Down the hallway, the home opens into a bright and inviting social zone that connects seamlessly to the backyard. This area features a walkway lined with plants on both sides, leading to the hammock area and continuing to the tiki-bar style kitchen windows and fully equipped kitchen at the back of the property, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow that is ideal for relaxing or gathering together. The backyard includes a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, surrounding seating, and lighting that makes the space enjoyable both day and night. Also on the main level is the primary air-conditioned bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom. A third full bathroom is also located on the first floor under the stairs, with convenient access from both the upstairs area and the patio/pool area. The upper level features a spacious, air-conditioned lounge and social area with a fully equipped bar, tables, and seating areas for entertaining. Beside it is an additional sleeping area separated by a retractable curtain, allowing guests to either stay connected to the lounge or create more privacy as needed. For comfort in León’s warm climate, all bedrooms and the main lounge areas are air-conditioned, helping keep the home cool and comfortable day and night. Formerly home to the well-known Tropical House Lounge, the property has been reimagined into a refined yet relaxed retreat that blends character, comfort, and thoughtful design. Pool note: The pool is private and for guest use only. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Guest access Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire home during their stay. There are no shared spaces and no on-site host. This includes full use of both levels of the home, all bedrooms and bathrooms, indoor social areas, the backyard, private pool, hammock area, tiki-bar style kitchen windows, and the fully equipped kitchen. A designated parking space is included at no extra cost in a private garage located half a block from the property. The home also includes fast WiFi throughout, with Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the Smart TVs in the primary bedroom and the upstairs lounge. For added comfort and peace of mind, the property is equipped with two water tanks to help maintain water service during municipal outages. Emergency lighting is also installed throughout the home to help guests during power interruptions. Other things to note Tropical House León is located directly in front of Banpro Sutiaba, near a major, well-lit intersection that is active and easy to navigate. This central location offers convenient access to everyday essentials while providing a strong sense of safety and accessibility. Within one block or less, guests will find supermarkets (including Pali), mini-market (Super Express), bakery, local restaurants, pharmacies, bank and ATM services, bus stops, and the included private parking garage. The beach is approximately a 30-minute drive, making this a great base for enjoying both the city and the coast. Getting around is simple and convenient. Public buses stop directly in front of the property and connect you to all areas of León as well as nearby beaches. Taxis are readily available, and private off-site parking is included for guests traveling with a vehicle.
