Room for rent with a private bathroom in this wonderful house in the Belmont hills. The room is completely furnished including a flat screen TV. The bathroom is a steam shower bathroom with large storage cabinets. This three-bedroom house includes a large kitchen with granite countertops, dining area, living room with a large deck facing the valley, backyard with a BBQ grill in a safe, family friendly neighborhood! Guest access You will access to the whole place. There is a beautiful deck with a swing and a view of the hills. Backyard has a huge BBQ grill. During your stay I work as a nurse and live in the house with my 11 year old son. Other things to note We have two very shy cats in the house but you will not see them at all.
