Villa in the Nîmes garrigue

Charming villa in a residential and quiet neighborhood (formerly a vacation neighborhood), and on the edge of the garrigue. It is very close to the tennis club and we also have access to a court. Enjoy the barbecue and pool on site! You will be 45 minutes from the beaches and 1 hour from the Cévennes. Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a double bed It should be noted that air conditioning is installed only downstairs, in the living room, kitchen. There are 2 kittens: Pomme and Rosetta The space The house has upstairs: 1 bedroom: with a double bed (160 cm) and a TV. There is no air conditioning upstairs but the room has two windows that provide a very noticeable breeze on summer nights! - bathroom with double sink and bathtub, towel dryer - a mezzanine (game room and sofa bed) Downstairs: - equipped kitchen open to the living room - living/dining room with flat screen TV (Netflix and Disney Plus are available) - laundry area - toilet air conditioning in the lower rooms wifi throughout the house In the garden: - barbecue - pool Access to 2 tennis courts in the condominium This is our main house, so I'm confident that I'll leave some things (but I promise I'll make room for you in the cupboards!) Our two kittens will stay with you, they are very nice! Guest access You have access to the whole house. Only one room will be used for the storage of our personal belongings.
