21+ AGE LIMIT!! Located right in the heart of downtown Key West lies the historic Coco Plum Inn. The B&B is perfect for live music lovers as it neighbors The Green Parrot and is also a 10 minute walk to Fort Zach State Park! This room sports a king bed, shower, mini fridge, coffee maker, and TV on our second floor. We provide a daily hot cooked breakfast from 8am-10:30am in our dining area, a heated swimming pool, and is within a short walk to all of Key West's sights & sounds. The space The Coco Plum Inn is an adults only property and sits in the heart of Key West's Old Town, a block from Duval Street and right next door to the famous Green Parrot Bar. We've lovingly restored the two Victorian houses that make up our inn. The first at 611 Whitehead Street was built in 1891, while the house at 615 Whitehead was constructed in 1898. Guest access Guests will be able to access all of the property with the exception of other rooms. There is a heated pool open 24 hours, multiple outdoor sitting areas, and don’t forget to join us for our daily breakfast!
