The apartment is equipped with an intelligent air conditioning system to optimize consumption and maintain a cool environment. There are motion sensors and sensors on the windows and doors. This means that if the system detects that there is no one in the room or that a window is open, the air will turn off automatically. To reactivate it, they only need to turn it on manually from the thermostat. The spacious apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Guest access The Aldea Thai condominium offers incredible views of the Caribbean Sea, a large swimming pool with bar in the common area, gym, 24-hour security, elevators, private parking and lobby with reception. You will find the basic courtesy elements upon your arrival: water, oil, coffee,salt, toilet paper, soap,shampoo and conditioner. Extras will not be included, feel free to purchase your own if you need more. Other things to note When you arrive at the condo, each guest will need to check in at the front desk and will receive a bracelet that must be returned upon departure (otherwise the condominium will charge 10 usd/200 pesos for each bracelet not returned). Upon arrival you will find basic courtesy items: water, oil, coffee, salt, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. No extras included. Feel free to purchase those of your choice if you need more. Electricity is extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment for your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially air conditioning (remember to turn off all equipment each time you leave the apartment). ➯Remember that we are in a tropical area, sometimes some insects may appear for that reason, we try to control it as much as possible. ➯Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. ➯The water in the pipes is not drinkable, so we recommend that you consume bottled water, which can be purchased at any store. One pool towel and one bath towel per person, shampoo, bath soap and toilet paper are provided so that you can start your stay. Once the provided product is finished, you will be able to buy what you need in any store. CHILDREN: Guests accompanied by minors must watch over them at all times and must never be left unattended. The guest will be responsible throughout their stay for any accident that the minor may suffer within the properties managed by CaribeMex Rentals. ➯Release of Liability and Indemnification: Personal belongings of any value should never be left unattended. CaribeMexRentals declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, money, documents or other valuables of any kind. Whenever leaving the property, guests must close windows, lock all doors and keep their personal belongings safe and secure. Neither CaribeMex Rentals nor the property owner or any of its representatives shall be liable for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any guest or guest's property. ✹In terms of basic services and amenities, Playa del Carmen is still a small town with an infrastructure that was not originally designed to accommodate such high demand (However, the government is actively working on improving these services). This means that essential services such as electricity, water and internet may experience intermittent interruptions due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or maintenance work carried out by service providers. All of this is completely out of our control, but we will do our best to assist you if these situations occur during your stay. ➯Neither CaribeMex Rentals nor the property owner or any of its representatives shall be liable for any disturbance or inconvenience the guest may suffer while occupying the property caused by the actions of neighbors or fortuitous circumstances, which include, but are not limited to, interruption of water, gas, electricity or internet services. ✹Quintana Roo is located in an area of the world where hurricanes can affect us.
