Other things to note LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments.
