Accommodates 4 guests without worries, possibility for 5 guests because there is a sofa bed in the living room. Large garden of 450 m2, possibility to put 4 to 5 vehicles and access through the private courtyard, no joint ownership. Surveillance camera on the outside of the house, on the wall. Guest access You will have access to all rooms except the garage as personal belongings are stored there. Other things to note Entrance through the courtyard, large enclosed garden, no paid parking.
