All indoor spaces are completely private, while the outdoor areas — patio, pool, outdoor kitchen, and sauna — are shared in a calm, respectful way. Mornings often begin barefoot, with local coffee and tropical sounds nearby. Days move easily between the ocean and the jungle. Evenings invite you to slow down — warm light, a tropical sauna, and a refreshing pool. The house features a queen-size bed, a cozy living area, a compact private kitchen for cooking, a private bathroom, and a small workspace. High-speed, stable Wi-Fi is available. The shared outdoor spaces are open, green, and designed for ease — a mural patio, swimming pool, ping-pong table, and outdoor kitchen. It’s easy to cross paths, exchange a smile, or simply enjoy being side by side, each at your own rhythm. Esterillos Oeste beach is just a couple of minutes away by car. It’s wide, natural, and part of a protected biological reserve, with excellent surf and a warm ocean year-round. Other Esterillos beaches are within a 10-minute drive and each of them is unique in its own way. Jumanji is well located for scenic day trips — waterfalls, jungle trails, and national parks, including Manuel Antonio. We’re always happy to share routes and quiet places if you need. Insects are a normal part of life here. Costa Rica has a tropical climate. During the dry season, daytime temperatures can be high, and air conditioning may not always cool the house to a very low temperature. In these moments, the pool or a cool shower usually provides the most relief. During the rainy season, thunderstorms may occur, and short power outages are possible. These are usually resolved within a few hours.
