Bright apartment in hip Neukölln/Kreuzkölln

It is 1 room in our apartment, which is a separate apartment. (Grans flat). It has its own entrance, a pantry kitchen and a bathroom. Perfect for a single person or couple. The passage to our apartment is closed. We will only have direct contact upon arrival & departure. (And of course if you have any questions). Oh yes: We live next door with a seven-year-old child who is sometimes louder. So far, no guest has complained, the walls are well insulated. :) The space The room/apartment is part of a large apartment, but has its own entrance. The passage to the main apartment remains closed. The apartment is about 25 square meters. The bed is 1.60 x 2.00 meters. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an old building. (No elevator).
