The space The entire lower unit, a fenced-in yard with firepit and patio table set are yours to enjoy. The space has ton of books, gym equipment, yoga mat, and board games. The entire guests lower unit is a daylight basement, so the bedrooms won't be as hot as normal unit. Plus, there are 3 Portable Evaporated Air Coolers (Windowless Portable ACs) will help cool down on the hot days, but they don't serve as actually AC and won't be as effective like AC. Please be aware that the entire floor ceilings (slightly less than 7ft) are relatively low compared to the standard ceiling height.
