Escape to Rotorua and enjoy “Little Gem” A beautiful, spacious self-contained Guest Suite, which is separate (but still attached) to the main house, with your own private entrance, bathroom, bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette and a large living area. A perfect getaway to relax and unwind. The space ” Little Gem” has been tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. Everything has been provided to ensure your comfort - a home away from home. A spot in the shared garden is all set up for you to relax with a glass of wine and a good book if you wish, also available is a Weber BBQ for your use. Please note there is no oven/stove, only a microwave. Guest access On arrival please park your car on the left side of the driveway. Follow the path and head through the gate, walk around the left side of the house heading towards the back, there you will see a lockbox with the keys which is located on the side post of the wooden staircase. Other things to note This location could not be better for those out to experience all the tourist attractions and adventures Rotorua has to offer. Situated across the road you will find lake access on the banks of the Waiowhiro stream, this is only a two minute walk to Lake Rotorua – a great spot for trout fishing, kayaking, swimming or paddleboarding. Jump on your bike, or hop in the car, and you can be at the Skyline Skyrides, Wine tasting or Luging within minutes. Also nearby is the Mitai Maori experience, Agroventures, the Zorb and Canopy Tours. Everything is within a short drive - an absolute playground for fun and adventure! If you do have a young child you would like to bring along with you on your stay, we are able to accommodate this with a fold out bed, for an extra charge of $30 per night (under 2 years is free of charge) - please advise in advance if you wish to book this. *Please note* we do have a small dog and a couple of cats on the property. They will not have access to your area, but may come give a friendly hello whilst outside in the garden.
