An interior staircase is required to reach the home's additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor - NOTE: The dock is only for fishing or sitting. Please do not swim or jump off the dock due to the shallow water - NOTE: Johnson Lake is a man-made irrigation lake. Water levels at the home fluctuate throughout the year, and due to the shallow and sandy bottom, guests may encounter debris such as seaweed or algae - NOTE: Guests wishing to bring a boat can rent a boat slip at the nearby marina; otherwise, the boat will have to be taken out of the water each night. The on-site dock cannot be used to tie up a boat as that is against the Lake Covenants - NOTE: The jet skis are not available for guest use - NOTE: The property is treated for bugs, but due to being a waterfront property you may see occasional bugs - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the west side of the house facing the main entry, cameras 2 and 3 are located on the front of the house facing the lake, camera 4 is located on the back of the house facing the driveway, and camera 5 is on the east side of the cabin facing the outdoor sheds. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion - NOTE: The lawn is mowed every Wednesday (depending on weather), and this may occur during your stay
