It has: - 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (160*200) - 1 duplex/mezzanine with 2 extendable beds suitable for 1 or 2 people (90*200 or 160*200) - a living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the terrace - a games room with pool table, telescope - a movie theater with 4K video projector - an office area - a fully-equipped kitchen - a bathroom with shower - a terrace with 5-seater hot tub - a large flat garden of 700 m², quiet and not overlooked (south facing) 🧿 There is a BBQ available but we do not provide charcoal (unless previous guests have left their remaining stock). So you'll have to think about buying some. 🧿 The house is located in a small village. It is semi-detached but with a farmhouse that serves as storage for agricultural equipment (therefore uninhabited). 🧿 Please note that the number of rooms available during your stay will be proportional to the number of guests - 3/4 people = 2 beds 160*200 - 5/6 people = 3 beds 160*200 - 7 people = 3 beds 160*200 + 1 bed 80*200 - 8 people = 4 beds 160*200 - 9 people = 4 beds 160*200 + 1 bed 80*200 - 10 people = 5 beds 160*200 Access to other rooms or beds will not be possible otherwise. 🧿 You have access to shops of all kinds (supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.) and restaurants in the city of Soissons, just a 15/20 min drive from the house. Other things to note - Parties and other gatherings are not allowed. - Unauthorized outdoor visits. - Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
