Best of all, most of these are within walking distance! The space The Bird House is a 2000 square-foot loft located above The Body Bar in Downtown Gainesville, Texas. It features, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a king size Murphy bed in the main living area and a fold out couch in the second living area. Enjoy a private balcony out back with a hot tub, mini fridge and a gated entertainment area below. Guest access Access through the white door right of The Body Bar on 114 N. Dixon St. Street parking is available, guest are not allowed to park in the parking lot behind the building (Vehicles will be towed at owners expense). I do have motion sensor lights in the staircase but you may want to have your phone light handy if coming in after dark. Other things to note The Bird House entrance on Dixon Street is a shared stairwell. Please note, the loft on the right is private property, and not to be entered by The Bird House guest.
