Bright Hidden Gem - Close to Everything

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to everything you need, but feels like you're in your own little world. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll be a 15 min bike ride to the mountain bike park (4 min drive), 15 min walk to the stadium, 1 min walk to the beautiful Tree Trust and 5 min drive to town. The north facing deck is a suntrap that gets all day sun. You can lounge about or choose to enjoy meals outside. The space This is a tidy, three bedroom, one bathroom house that has been well thought out. You'll have the whole place to yourself. It gets lots of sun and is very comfortable. Great for relaxing on the deck or for using as a base to explore Rotorua. You can be at the Blue Lake or Lake Okareka within 15 minutes. You can ride to the mountain bike park within 15 minutes, or walk/run there. You also have Centennial Park - Rotorua Tree Trust just behind the house for strolls or rides. There are two golf courses within walking distance, as well as Te Puia Geothermal Park. Our guests love the quietness of the area and the proximity to everything. The main room has a large Super King bed and guests often comment on the great quality beds and linen. Our place also has a secure internal garage for locking up your mountain bikes, or vehicles at night. We offer a full kitchen and laundry, which is great for longer stays, or for getting that home away from home feeling. Other things to note We try to leave everything you will need for a great stay, such as basic cooking items, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, washer & dryer, super comfy beds (including a super king), fresh linen and towels.
