Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. We will be happy to help with info. The space Newly built detached house with private balcony and part of plot. All amenities are available. A bed is available in the cozy loft and a sofa bed in the living room. If needed, there is an extra travel bed for smaller children/tent bed to bring out. You can park for free on the street directly adjacent to the accommodation. Guest access You have the entire property/house with its balcony during the stay. You are welcome to use other lawns and other things on the property by agreement.
