THIS HOME IS LOCATED ON SMITH LAKE AND IS ONLY 18 MIN FROM I-65. THE HOME SITS ON THE PERFECT LOT AND IS ONLY A FEW STEPS TO THE WATER! GUEST ARE ABLE TO WALK OUT INTO THE WATER TO FISH, KAYAK, SWIM, ETC. THE BACK DECK IS COVERED AND PARTIALLY SCREENED IN WITH PLENTY OF SEATING AS WELL AS A TV. THIS ALLOWS FOR A PLACE TO RELAX ALL WHILE ENJOYING THE GORGEOUS VIEW! THERE ARE 2 BEDROOMS. ROOM 1 HAS A QUEEN BED AND 2ND HAS A FULL. THERE IS A TWIN BED TUCKED AWAY IN THE FAMILY ROOM. Other things to note Our cabin is in seasonal water. Late fall through the winter our dock will be sitting in the ground. This could affect those parking watercraft however, those there to enjoy the serenity and view I can assure you this will not be an issue! There is still a beautiful view and a perfect place for a bonfire!
