Greengard Villa - Cul De Sac, Anguilla

Huge open floor plan. Lots of light. Amazing views from all sides. Great sunsets. Fantastic for families. Especially great for children that can't swim. No need to worry about a pool. WiFI works well, airconditioning in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The space Our Villa is located in a quiet breezy area of the island. We are within walking distance to Rendezvous Bay, and the villa is situated with views over the bay. There is a lovely restaurant within walking distance - Ferry Boat Inn, and a small grocery store is about 20 minutes away by foot. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note There is a maid who comes once a week. It's to make sure everything is fine in the house and to obviously keep things clean. If you like her to come more often, pls let me know and we will arrange so you can pay her directly. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from especially on the beach. Anguilla is an island full of wonderful friendly people. We hope you enjoy your stay.
