An extra bed may be provided for children or for two single adults not wishing to share the king-size bed (€30 per stay). This must be arranged in advance—please contact us before booking. Payment can be made on arrival. Guest access The whole villa and its beautiful garden is yours to enjoy. We welcome you on arrival and say goodbye on departure so arrival and departure times are restricted, please check with us before reserving Other things to note The villa is set in a residential area yet just a short stroll to the town centre. Parking is on the road or a nearby carpark and is free. Cleaning service is not included in the price, the guest must leave the house clean and tidy, a list is available on demand. There is an optional end of stay cleaning service payable in cash on site should you wish (80€) but we still expect our home to be looked after and kept clean and tidy during your stay. A 200€ security deposit is taken on arrival in cash, a receipt is given and the deposit returned on departure subject to leaving the house clean and tidy and with no damage. We have so far never retained any part of a security deposit as our guests have always been clean and respectful of our lovely home. In very hot weather we request you water the garden plants a few times in the evenings as we have no access to the garden when guests are in residence. Please note that from October 15th to April 15th for reservations of over 1 week, Electricity is NOT included in the price paid. On arrival and departure we take an electric reading and you pay for the usage at the rate set by the electricity provider, we will provide this rate before arrival. We do not accept pets. During the day the road outside can be a little busy but little can be heard inside the house nor in the rear garden. In the evenings it is very quiet. We do not have an antenna for the television. There are plenty of free internet channels. You will need to bring your connection details for any pay services that you have such as Amazon, Netflix or Orange tv 4 toilet rolls, some handsoap, some shower gel/shampoo, 4 dishwasher tabs, 4 washing machine tabs, some washing up liquid, some cleaning materials, a new sponge, a new cloth, fresh teatowels and fresh towels are provided on arrival - enough to last 2 nights. After these are used you must purchase your own / wash your towels as it is a self catering property. For stays of over a week, a spare set of bed linen is provided, we do not offer a change of towels or change of bedding service, nor a cleaning service during your stay. Registration Details 830315370
