You will be an 8-minute drive from the highway entrance, and 35 minutes from Lyon. The space On the 2nd floor of a small building, you have a pleasant living space, consisting of: - a kitchen and dining area; - a seating area; - a night area with shower room, separated by a curtain. The studio is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine (small capsules), kettle, toaster and cooking essentials Guest access Access is via the national road using a keypad, the accommodation is located on the 2nd floor. Other things to note ***Cleaning fees*** They include the supply and maintenance of quality hotel linen, bath towels, consumables as well as the cleaning service carried out by professionals upon your departure. ***Accommodation Rules*** The person booking must be present during the stay. Parties and noise after 10pm are prohibited. Visitors and comings and goings must be limited to respect the neighbors and the condominium. This place doesn’t allow pets. The tenant undertakes to throw away their garbage in the appropriate containers. The property must be kept in a normal state of cleanliness during the stay.
