The space The Quinta has 4 houses in a common space for all: Two (2) 1-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. One (1) 2-bedroom apartment with 2 en-suites, a guest toilet, a full kitchen, a living room with 2 sofas, with areas between 45 sq. meters (1-bedroom) and 90 sq. meters (2-bedroom), individually decorated with vintage furniture and some amazing decorative pieces to give a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The other house is the owners' home, which supports the condominium. With a seasonal outdoor saltwater pool, with stunning views of the Serra da Estrela There is also a horse stable, with boxes for rent, a kennel, and a poultry area with chickens, geese and ducks. A natural lake with water lilies, fish, frogs, otters, and other wild animals. Especially ideal for observing all kinds of birds, especially birds of prey, and wild rabbits. All this in a rural environment, surrounded by farms and with total peace and tranquility. Guest access Access to the farm is through a gate, where only guests and owners are allowed to enter, and it is expressly forbidden to enter without the owners' authorization to people outside the accommodation. Other things to note Reservations are accepted for guests with horses, as we have stalls where they can stay, a riding arena and a paddock, upon prior presentation of a passport or blue book (send the documents by mail in advance), deworming and up-to-date vaccines. For all animals, a liability insurance and vaccine bulletin is mandatory. Dogs are not allowed in this house. Horses pay a daily fee of € 35, with hay included, trimmings paid separately.
