The fully renovated space has been designed with comfort and style in mind. During your stay, you’ll enjoy: •King-size gel memory foam mattress •Two (2) inflatable stand up paddle boards (life jackets are included!) •Private patio with hot tub, outdoor sectional, grill, and string lights •50” smart TV •Filtered drinking water •High quality coffee setup •Self check-in via keyless entry Filtered water is available in the house, so you don’t have to purchase drinking water. The high quality coffee station includes a Ninja coffee maker and conical burr grinder for the best possible coffee! Fresh towels, linens, and robes are provided. We are dog friendly, although please note that the yard is not fenced! Please let us know if you plan to bring your pup! There is a $25 pet fee per stay, simply because pets do create extra wear and tear on the property. The space is set up for two adult guests maximum. Although babies are welcome, the house is not baby-proofed, and does not include a crib or pack and play. Please note that there is a set of stairs that must be climbed to access the front porch. The cottage does not have a Washer/Dryer, but local laundry service (wash, dry, and fold) is available via the Poplin app. My cleaner is also sometimes available to do laundry for longer stays - please reach out to inquire! Also, please note that there is not a hair dryer or clothing iron at the house. Parking is limited to one car, although we can accommodate two smaller cars with advance notice! The two cottages are situated at opposite ends of the property, and are completely private. Please note that parking is limited to one car unless otherwise discussed.
