Lounge and dining room are one room incorporating 60inch Satalite TV & Wifi. Kitchen with oven, microwave & fridge. Second bedroom has two double beds. Sloped site. A stones throw from East Gippsland Rail Trail & boat ramp. If you love bike riding, bush walking & or fishing this is the place to stay. The space Our guesthouse looks out to 1/2 acre of green lawns with a 3 hole amateur sloped golf course. (just for fun) State forresty is on one side of the property neighbours residents on the other. Nocturnal deer frequent on our property. Guest access Back yard for golf and Laundry shed and clothes line Other things to note Although we offer wi-fi telecommunications with some networks have been known to not work at this location. The best mobile networks are Telstra, Aldi, Vodafone and Boost. If you want to organise an online Coles or Woolworths delivery a day proir to your stay we can unpack and put in the fridge for your convenience. Will offer discounted rates for couples only.
