The space As the swim spa's azure waters tempt you to explore the oasis outside, the gorgeous living areas and bedrooms (including the master with THAT dressing room, and the separate garden room annexe) are on-hand for R&R when you're ready. The luxe aesthetic throughout gives us Hamptons-meets-Scandi vibes; with wooden panelling, calming colours & top-spec finishes making every room feel special. From the nifty home-working space, to the the utility/boot room of dreams, your home-from-home is styled to absolute perfection. If you can bear to leave your 1/2 acre slice of countryside heaven; you can visit Beaulieu's picture-postcard village. For adventures a little further afield, why not explore Bucklers Hard, take a short drive to our fave 'wild' beach, or book a 5 star pamper at Limewood... Do contact us directly for best rates and availability a year in advance ** INSIDE Three levels of luxe living await at Moonwood, with each floor revealing yet more sleek, chic and high-end detailing... The show-stopping kitchen-diner is sure to WOW as, under the vaulted ceiling, this light-filled space blends indoor/outdoor living to a T (ebb & flow as you see fit). With a sprawling island to inspire chatter as you chop, this space really wouldn't be out of place on a glossy's front cover. Whatever's on the menu, the dining room's grand table provides just the spot to feast... but of course, there's also the alfresco set-up to consider... A pre-supper cat nap in the snug would be high on our agenda, but we'd equally look forward to canapés & drinks by the fire- returning for movies and games later on (you'll find Sky in both rooms). There is not one corner here that isn't utterly gorgeous - the attention to detail is a designer's dream. Upstairs you'll all get to bed-down in style; but the first floor's stunning four-poster room, and master with adjoining dressing room, both stole our hearts in equal measures. Past the office nook, the top floor is home to two more bedrooms & a family bathroom- each echoing the Hampton's vibe that makes this home so special. OUTSIDE Nestled under a canopy of tall trees; fencing & mature planting creates a well-enclosed area around your 1/2 acre grounds- making it perfect for little ones & four-legged ones to safely explore. With plenty of room for cars to park on the gated-driveway, amongst Moonwood's ample outdoor space you'll find a grassy section - great for garden games, a courtyard area - we'll take our morning coffee here please; and of course, 'the oasis'... Adjoining the kitchen-diner, the leafy oasis features a all year around heated, *6m swim-spa-jacuzzi pool, sun loungers, a large garden table, pizza oven, and a huge sofa. This area brings a taste of old town Ibiza cool to the countryside where swims, sips & star gazing are all on offer. You'll also find the super-swish garden annexe out here, which offers a gorgeous ground floor option for guests that's complete with shower en-suit & its own little coffee station! *The swim spa is set to a nice, warm temperature. Measuring 6m long x 2.28m wide, the pool is 1.26 m deep, and features turbo swim jets + two seats... perfection! SLEEPING... Master bedroom - 1st floor : Super king size bed with dressing room. PETS : Dogs are welcome in the downstairs area here - with a small charge per dog, per stay. Garden is well fenced and enclosed. GARDEN : Ooni pizza oven / Swim spa / Garden dining table & chairs / BBQ Gas PARKING : The gated driveway has room for 4-5 cars. EV CHARGING: Vehicle charging is possible via the mains electricity in the property. At the time of booking, you will be required to select how many electric vehicles you will be charging during your stay; as a £35 surcharge is applicable for each EV car per booking. Please only use the external 3 pin plug point and bring your own charging cables. HOME TRUTHS There is an extra charge for logs and kindling to burn on the fire (October- March) but feel free to BYO! Please be aware that you will need to sign a safety waiver, for the swim spa, upon booking. Please note that the woodland surrounding Moonwood house are private property, and should not be entered.  ACCESSIBILITY The garden annexe provides a ground floor space for sleeping. Please refer to the virtual tour to explore some more as the bedrooms are located over the first and second floors. Other things to note: We want our guests to enjoy the use of the property and have a memorable time while staying with us. We have a few house rules to note, as follows; - The property can not be used for parties or private events of any kind. - No groups under the age of 25. - Strictly no stag/hen dos or same-sex groups. - Additional guests, are not permitted without prior approval. - No music after 9pm or use of the pool after 10pm - We must be notified of any pets at the time of booking. Dogs are subject to a charge per dog, per stay. Guest access All of it. Other things to note Dogs are welcome for £50 per dog per stay. Airbnb will only take payment for 1 dog, so our team will contact you to take payment for any additional dogs on your booking and for details of age and breed.
