Our house is great for families & friendship groups. It sleeps 9+ people & has 4 bedrooms. There's 2 separate living areas - each with their own TV. The space Ours is a spacious, renovated beach & bush house with: - 4 bedrooms - sleeps 9 (10) upon request additional 1 x trundle beds can be negotiated. - a range of beds: 1 queen, 1 double, 1 bunk with singles, 1 tri bunk - double bed on the bottom & 1 single on top - two large, separate living areas (with their own TVs) GREAT LOCATION - & within 200 metres of our house: - North Broulee Beach - 5 min walk to great surf beach & access to local surf lessons, surf board hire, large DOG BEACH (all year round) for your off leash fury friend to stretch their legs & play. - Coronation Drive shops- 5 min walk from front of our hse (Broulee Brewery, several cafes & a variety of street food vans- different at different times - Mexican, Pizza, Thai, chemist, surf shop - boards & beachwear). - Train Street shops - 5 min walk out our back gate (Mossy Cafe and Foodworks Supermarket), Dentist. - Capt Oldrey Park - 5 min walk out our back gate for playing fields, football, soccer, netball, basketball, cricket & a children's playground. LOCAL -South Broulee Beach - surf lifesaving club & patrolled beach, great surf beach or surf famous Pink Rocks @ Broulee Island or take a walk around the Marine Park protected Island, Sth Broulees' Bengello off leash DOG Beach. - Bushwalking, National Parks and cliff top walks abound -see guides in folder or ask. -Dolphins all year round & whale watching - heading north in June/July then back south in September/October/November. We have binoculars ready! -Candalagan Creek - 300mts from house is a great sea swimming lagoon for children, shady picnic & playground by the beach -Medical Clinic in South Broulee. DAY TRIPS Short Drive to Mogo Zoo, Mogo Mountain Bike trails, Mogo Village, boat ramps, airport, skydiving, kayaking, river fishing, cinema in Batemans Bay or Narooma, famous Moruya River markets & larger shopping precincts of Batemans Bay, Moruya or Narooma. Guerilla Bay - 5 min drive for great for snorkeling and scuba dive at the reef. Other things to note: CELEBRATIONS Our place is a wonderful retreat to take the whole family or friendship group for that special celebration, occasion or treat. (We'd love to know if so!) KIDS We welcome families. Our large back yard is fully fenced and child friendly. Please let us know how old your children are. We have games and books for kids of all ages. DOGS We are big dog lovers and you are welcome bring your furry loved one. Before booking please first let us know a bit about them - including what sort of dog they are and their nature. There are a few dog etiquettes that we’d like you to observe: please no dogs in the bedrooms (as they are carpeted), nor on beds and sofas (if this isn’t possible (sofas only) then ensure to bring extra blankets to cover furniture). Please ensure they are supervised -we don’t appreciate holes dug in lawns/ garden beds or doggy do’s being left in the yard – please clean up after your dog. Thanks! Other things to note Please bring your own beach gear - beach towels, sun shelter, boards & sand play. We provide bed Linen, pillows, doonas, bathroom towels x 1 for each person.
