The first floor is common area use for all guests. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 common area bathroom. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms. They both have their own private bathrooms. One is a suite with 2 bedrooms, one geared for children. The kids room can sleep 8. The adult room in the suite has a king size bed. There is no common area use on the 3rd floor.
