Gulfport, TI, & St. Pete – Come Visit La Casita!

Your oasis awaits! Our neighborhood is very safe, with sidewalks and 3 blocks from the Pinellas Trail. -370 sq ft one bd/one bath apartment semi attached has a kitchenette -FiOS Internet - very fast for students or WFH -The spacious bathroom has two sinks -2 mi to downtown Gulfport or St Pete Beach -quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown, beaches, art - new desk! The apartment has its own entrance on the side of the house. Dog friendly upon approval of Charlie Fang & friends! The space La casita has it's own private entrance with a door lock that you can use with an app or I will make you your own personal door code. The unit has a free-standing HVAC mini-split so you can also control the room's temperature. We are dog friendly but sadly not cat-friendly due to allergies. I have tried to include everything you might need but if you have a particular request, please feel free to ask and I can usually accommodate. I offer free use of washer and dryer for those staying 4 days or longer. If you are traveling with a third person, please let me know so I can make up the full-size bed that is the futon. My general philosophy is that we are all on a journey and, as a host(ess), I am here to support yours. I live in the main part of the casita, right on-site. Live every day to the fullest! Guest access You have your own entrance. Once you book I will give you a unique code for the door and/or you can download the Yale Smartlock app. Either way this Yale lock is super easy to use. Other things to note We are very excited about our Mario Bros - Princess Peach mural that was recently created by artist ESH. This is a work in progress, as is life! If you are lucky you may be the guest who is here when he shows up to update the mural. His picture is included here for you so you know who he is! He has murals all over, including Ybor City. We are still improving and renovating the space. I have added many items including an adjustable desk for WFH/remote and now we have a brand new mini-split hvac unit just for the studio (heat and AC), porch light, more kitchen utensils including a corkscrew, iron and small ironing board, extra mirror and more. I am a coffee lover so I’ve included three kinds of coffee and several types of tea. If you’d like some half and half let me know and i will happily provide it. I have an extra dog bowl and dog towels are available upon request!
