3 Bedrooms: Delightful Devon village cottage.

My home is a charming, country cottage close to an excellent village shop, lively pub, church and 5 minutes from a children's play area. There are three bedrooms accommodating up to 7 people, which can all be booked together using this listing. You will have access to the large bathroom (shared if other guests are staying), kitchen, dining room, lounge, patio and spacious garden with great views. Each has a mirror, hanging rail, some storage, lamps, power points and a suitcase stand. There is a large bright shared bathroom with a bath, sink, toilet and shower, heated rail and mirrors, with storage for your bathroom gear. Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen, dining room, utility room and toilet and music room. The rooms downstairs are in regular use by me but guests are welcome to make use of them too. The lounge has comfortable sofas, a large rug on a tiled floor, a log burner, lamps and a TV. Parking: There are no regular parking restrictions in Kentisbeare. In fact there are often spaces right next to my house just beyond the steps, close to the wall; and if not then you can find space in the village centre only 30m away. There’s also space further down the road next to the church wall (about 50-100m away). If you are parking between 8.30 and 9am, or between 3pm and 3.45 you will encounter school traffic during term times! They clear quickly after these times. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the bedroom, bathroom, dining room, lounge, and kitchen to prepare food as they wish and at agreed times. The small toilet downstairs is just off the utility room and available to all. In the Summer the garden is available to guests who are staying early evening or more than one night - it's quiet and private and has glorious views from the top on a clear day. Utility room facilities are also available by agreement. During your stay I'll be there to welcome my guests and will be around some of the time to chat or in the music room working or chilling. When I'm not at the house we can message or text to keep in touch about practicalities or knock on the music room door and I'll be there to help! Other things to note A light help-yourself breakfast is provided: Tea and coffee (incl decaf), milk yogurt, muesli, granola, porridge oats, bread (+toaster), spreads, fruit bowl, and fruit juice. Guests are welcome to bring and cook their own breakfast too. Let me know if you would prefer gluten free bread and cereals.
