Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the villa with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $500 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay.
