The space The house has sleeping spaces for up to 7 people: 1 double bed, 1 double sleeping couch, 1 single bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. The house has 1 full bathroom with shower/bath and one additional shower / toilet adjacent to the sauna. The dining area, kitchen and lounge are one open space. The open kitchen is well equipped to allow meal preparation for up to 8 people. The two 5 step stairs connecting the three levels have hand rails. The large outdoor deck and garden can be used for outdoor dining. The house is electrically heated and has a chimney for comfort. Three (3) cars can be parked on the premises. Guest access The whole house and the garden. Please don't enter the meadow or pen when sheep are grazing. Other things to note For long term stays (28 days+), additional cleaning fees will be charged for every 28 days of rental. Each additional cleaning fees of CHF 130 is directly payable to the house manager, Ms Miriam Diaz. The large deck has no guard railing towards the garden front. Keep small children under supervision. AirBnB artificial intelligence categorizes the house as skiing area :-) Good skiing (Grindelwald, Wengen, Mürren) is about an hour's drive away!
